reker is specialized in pallet transport and pallet packaging systems. Using a special shrink film process, the eberth group can offer a special patent in the field of pallet packaging: The heart of fully automatic packaging systems is a shrink film heater that is loaded with pallets. The great advantage of this process is that, depending on the throughput of packages, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional heating systems. In addition, the transported goods remain undamaged and protected from moisture.

In the eberth group, reker is the right contact for companies that want to pack large, heavy packages of various dimensions in a stable and clean way. A special asset of reker is the patented shrink film heater: the paper or packaging stack, which is wrapped in shrink film, is heated accordingly. Thus the film shrinks and ensures that paper or other packaging material cannot slip. In this way, damage is prevented. In addition, paper can be perfectly air-conditioned in this way. It can be printed immediately after transport and storage times are minimized.

Our patent is also used, for example, by one of the world’s largest paper manufacturer in Belgium. Our customer decided to use our new shrink film heater with a capacity of 120 pallets per hour. It was installed in a complete system with a length of over 300 m, consisting of a total of 80 individual components.

A North German paper and cardboard manufacturer ordered our unique dust extraction system from reker in addition to an extremely extensive, fully automatic pallet packaging system. This system considerably reduces the cleaning intervals in the printing press. This in turn brings enormous savings potential for the end customer.

buma is the company in the eberth group that specializes in roll packaging. The buma packaging system is particularly gentle and does not leave any damage to the paper rolls. The high mechanical strength of the laminated packaging paper also means that the packaged goods are well protected against damage and can withstand a higher mechanical load. At the same time, the environmentally friendly packaging offers an optimal climatic density. This means that moisture can be optimally preserved for further processing.
