The eberth group was founded in 1965 by Dipl. Ing. Harald Eberth. The company became known for its transport and packaging solutions in the paper industry at an early stage. The eberth group also designs roll transport systems, loading and unloading systems for trucks, coating systems and cross cutters etc. In particular, the overall portfolio of today’s group represents a unique performance cycle that helps customers gain market advantages with competent 360° service and technically unique solutions. The family business from Surheim operates worldwide with unique perfection, customized solutions and a highly committed service culture.

Through the acquisition of the Swedish roller packaging machine manufacturer BUMA AB and the North German specialist for pallet packaging systems, REKER in Lage / Lippe, the group has grown considerably in recent years and can now offer enormously versatile solutions from a single source under one roof. In addition to individually required partial solutions, 360° complete solutions are thus also possible, which, with a view to efficiency and increased performance, enable massive entrepreneurial advantages for customers from all over the world.

According to the motto “Plan your business”, a tactical planning unit has recently been set up to meet our customer requirements with innovative planning methods for even stronger results. With ebras, a deep basic need of the company founder and many customers is now at the heart of the Eberth Group: A maximum planning unit and intelligent control of operational and process optimizations. In concrete terms, “Engineer BRAin Services” offers concentrated technical and logistical know-how, which results in enormous advantages in the entire cycle of each project investment of our customers. Every project is intelligently set up from the decision and planning phase to the final commissioning and ongoing support such as analysis and is accompanied sustainably at every step.

From the Group’s central headquarters in Bavaria, concentrated expertise has been fostered from the very beginning, the core of which is a claim to uniqueness. eberth is the heart of the company group. Since 1965, eberth has been developing and producing transport and packaging solutions for the paper and printing industry. Particular attention is paid to energy efficiency. For this reason, completely new transport systems are used, which make it possible to reduce drive power and at the same time increase transport loads. In addition, eberth develops all solutions individually to meet the specific requirements of each system.

reker

reker is specialized in pallet transport and pallet packaging systems. Using a special shrink film process, the eberth group can offer a special patent in the field of pallet packaging: The heart of fully automatic packaging systems is a shrink film heater that is loaded with pallets. The great advantage of this process is that, depending on the throughput of packages, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional heating systems. In addition, the transported goods remain undamaged and protected from moisture.

buma is the company in the eberth group that specializes in roll packaging. The buma packaging system is particularly gentle and does not leave any damage to the paper rolls. The high mechanical strength of the laminated packaging paper also means that the packaged goods are well protected against damage and can withstand a higher mechanical load. At the same time, the environmentally friendly packaging offers an optimal climatic density. This means that moisture can be optimally preserved for further processing.

emont GmbH deals with the automation of complex industrial plants as well as individual components. ebras is the planning unit of the eberth group and develops logistics concepts for industry. Independent of industry. High weights, such as those prevalent in the paper, cardboard or steel industry, are ebras‘ specialty. The great strength of the company is to accompany projects from the beginning to completion: Thus, the first planning steps start with the analysis of the actual state or conditions as well as the set requirements. The planning is then put into practice by ebras and accompanied until the commissioning.
