Our advantage with spiral winding technology.

buma is the specialist partner for roll packaging in the eberth group. The spiral winding technology used at buma makes the fully automatic machines highly efficient. A clear advantage of spiral winding technology is that the packaging material is always consistent. In contrast to other packaging technologies, there is no need to use ready-made packaging materials.

The technique is relatively simple and very robust. That is why it has proven itself for years through stability and service friendliness. In addition, the systems can be equipped with robots that insert the inner and outer end caps according to customer requirements.

Because environmental protection is very important to us, we also appreciate that our roll wrapping machines are operated with paper-based spiral wrapping technology. In addition, the packaging stability is much higher than with film wrapping machines.

reker

reker is specialized in pallet transport and pallet packaging systems. Using a special shrink film process, the eberth group can offer a special patent in the field of pallet packaging: The heart of fully automatic packaging systems is a shrink film heater that is loaded with pallets. The great advantage of this process is that, depending on the throughput of packages, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional heating systems. In addition, the transported goods remain undamaged and protected from moisture.
